Volunteer Hour Log

 Volunteer Hour Log

The volunteer hour log (click here) for this school year is now open.

All volunteer hours—regardless of how you signed up or whether you signed in at school/classroom—must be logged by families using the system. Please note that neither the PA Board nor the school can log hours on behalf of families.

To view your log history, go to My Account and check the Orders section. For a detailed description of each entry, click the “+” sign under "Orders."

Starting this school year, the PA Board will no longer respond to individual inquiries regarding volunteer hour verification.

If you have questions about the volunteer hour log, please contact the PA Board directly—not the school.

Double Your Impact With Matching Gifts

Do you know you can double the impact on your volunteer hours/the annual parent association payment by initiating matching at employers?

Many employers today offer generous match on monetary donation as well as volunteer time that employees spend on a qualified non-for-profit organization like the Cedar Crest Academy Bellewood Parent Association.  Some companies, such as Microsoft and Google, offer direct deposit matching to our Parent Association on monetary donation (i.e. the annual payment) and each hour an employee spends volunteering at Cedar Crest Academy Bellewood.  While other companies may have a manual process where a check will be given to an employee to bring to or directly mailed to the non-for-profit organization.

The Bellewood Parent Association appreciates all families' time & support to match donation and/or volunteer hours at employers if possible.  Receiving employer match will provide the parent association more opportunities to bring the best and most memorable experience to our children in a high inflationary environment like today.

If Cedar Crest Academy Bellewood Parent Association is not listed within your employer's system or showing inactive status, please let us know what information is needed so that we can be added or reactivated!

Thank you very much for all of your support! Together we can make a difference in our children's development!
