Double Your Impact With Matching Gifts

Do you know you can double the impact on your volunteer hours/the annual parent association payment by initiating matching at employers?

Many employers today offer generous match on monetary donation as well as volunteer time that employees spend on a qualified non-for-profit organization like the Cedar Crest Academy Bellewood Parent Association.  Some companies, such as Microsoft and Google, offer direct deposit matching to our Parent Association on monetary donation (i.e. the annual payment) and each hour an employee spends volunteering at Cedar Crest Academy Bellewood.  While other companies may have a manual process where a check will be given to an employee to bring to or directly mailed to the non-for-profit organization.  

The Bellewood Parent Association appreciates all families' time & support to match donation and/or volunteer hours at employers if possible.  Receiving employer match will provide the parent association more opportunities to bring the best and most memorable experience to our children in a high inflationary environment like today.

Assemble a small rolling ice chest at home between May 15–18. Bring the assembled chest (15.36”D x 35.83”W x 33.07”H) to the event by 1:30 PM. Assist with setup from 1:30–2:00 PM. Please make sure your vehicle can accommodate the assembled ice chest.

Help with event clean-up from 5:00–5:30 PM. Transport the ice chest (15.36”D x 35.83”W x 33.07”H) back to school on Monday morning or afternoon, during drop-off or normal/aftercare pickup Please ensure your vehicle can accommodate the ice chest.

Purchase a dozen boxes of ice cream and ice cubes from Target (instruction will be provided after sign up). Transport them to the event in a roller cooler or insulated bags by 1:30 PM. Help with setup from 1:30–2:00 PM. PA will reimburse the cost of the ice cream and ice. You may take your cooler or bags home after setup.
